Our BSc (Hons) Business (Marketing) teaches you to study marketing in-depth, underpinned by an understanding of Marketing Research, Integrated Marketing Communications, Branding and Brand Management, Customer Behaviour, Digital Marketing and Marketing Plans.

Through a broad range of projects, you can tailor the course to your specific career aspirations and interests. Throughout the modules you will have chance to develop your professional and practical skills. Whilst studying you will gain proficiencies in formal report writing, time and project management, professional presenting as well as team and individual works that encompass leadership and decision making.

Entry requirements

We look for passionate and committed students, and encourage applications from students with a variety of backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. Every application to LCIBS is considered very carefully on its individual merits.

We have two routes of entry:
  1. UCAS tariff points: Typical entry – 60 UCAS points and an Admissions Workshop. Even if you have or are predicted to get those grades, we will still invite you to attend an Admissions Workshop. We want to find out more about you and make sure the course you’ve chosen is right for you. Just as importantly, it’s also a chance for you to find out more about us.

    We also welcome applications from students who have studied (or are studying) the International Baccalaureate, Access to Higher Education diplomas, Higher National qualifications, BTECs, Scottish Highers, Cambridge Pre-U, Welsh Baccalaureate and equivalent non-UK qualification. English language requirements:

If your first language is not English you may need to complete an English language test, such as International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or a Pearson English language test (PTE Academic), to demonstrate you have the language skills needed to complete your degree. All our courses are taught in English.

Progression route

The (Accelerated) BSc (Hons) Degree at LCIBS is awarded after a full-time study course on a range of selected courses. On successful completion of the programme, the student can progress onto one of Masters programmes at LCIBS.
