Overview

English is the language of international business and it’s vital for business people to adequately express themselves in spoken and written English to achieve professional success. The ability to communicate effectively in English requires an understanding of the English lexicon and related syntactical structures, and the skill to use appropriate language and sentence structures for particular business situations. In this highly interactive course, participants will learn situation-specific vocabulary and grammar structures they can use to 1) interject meaningfully in business discussions, 2) deliver elegant business presentations, 3) clearly and effectively communicate on the telephone and 4) write clear and compelling business correspondence. This course provides participants with practical and essential language skills to communicate effectively in a variety of business situations, so they can achieve optimal business outcomes in English-speaking markets.
