Emma has over 15 years’ experience working in the UK Higher Education sector. She has worked at a range of institutions throughout her career including the University of Bath, the University of Surrey and Pearson College London. A marketing and student recruitment director by trade, Emma has a wealth of experience implementing successful marketing and communications campaigns, developing strategic plans and achieving student recruitment targets.
Emma joined LCIBS in November 2018 to manage our UK operation.
An experienced lecturer with a broad range of experience in higher education with 4 years teaching experience in HE, I have taught and developed content in many different disciplines including, Business, Energy, Procurement, logistic and supply chain management, Marketing, Strategy, Technology and Oil & Gas management I have module led several modules effectively with great success ensuring student engagement and experience is kept at the heart of my academic focus, I have been involved in several college wide initiatives such as personal tutoring and active learning. I have taught across many different levels from level 3 to level 6 as well as project supervisions for final year students.
Experienced lecturer in Higher Education and Work Based Learning. He has BSc (Hons) in Oil and Gas Management, a Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education Practice and in the process of completing his Master’s in project management. He has experience in teaching, developing and delivering business and management modules at level 3, 4, 5 and 6.
Godswill’s passion is academia which gives him great joy to see students excel knowing that he has played a role in the students’ progression and achievement, which is in line with what LCIBS vision.
Asare is a Senior lecturer and an experienced and qualified Chartered Certified Accountant. He has been teaching since 2005 professional Accountancy students preparing them for the ACCA and CIMA examination. He has taught at prestigious business schools such as Grenoble Business School Postgraduate, Anglia Ruskin University and London School of Business and Finance. Asare has provided practical training on Sage accounting and payroll to students to enhance their employability skills. He has lectured in Accounting and Finance for both undergraduates and post graduates, including Corporate finance for the MBA, MIB and MSc post graduate courses.
Ana Rita Santos de Lima
Lecturer: English and Foundation
Ana Rita has a background in Law and HR and has over 10 years of English Language Teaching experience. She understands the importance of learning a foreign language and being able to communicate in different parts of the world having been born in Brazil and moved to London in 2008.
Ana gained her English teaching qualification in 2011 and worked in a language school for 6 years in London. She also worked as a teacher and pedagogical assistant in a school in Brazil for 7 years.
Suraiya has extensive experience working in Assessments, for a leading Awarding Body in UK. Here she managed the operational delivery of qualification life-cycles, for several teams over the years as an Assessment Subject leader.
Over the years she has worked in many projects, looking at lessons learnt activities on how to consistently review current processes to meet the demands of the business, reviewing subjects at are risk, so all products and services are robust, relevant and can withstand scrutiny.
Associate Dean: Development and Delivery
Ioannis is a Senior Lecturer in Business and Management with 10 years in Higher Education and with 20 years of industry experience in supply chain and related fields. A fellow of the HEA and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. Ioannis has the ability to develop excellent rapport with people of all ages. He engages with students, whatever age and background they come from, and he is talented at teaching simple concepts, as well as complex topics. Due to his extensive background as a manager in various roles, his teaching is informed by his experience which brings a valuable and different dimension to the experience for students.
